High Performance Coaching is a process created to explore all the ways you can reach heightened and sustained levels of performance and potential in your life. As a Certified High Performance Coach, Dr. Ram will work with you in this process through five different areas: Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity, and Influence.

How does the program work?

As a client, you will have weekly one on one coaching sessions with Dr. Ram either on the phone or in person.

The client must commit to a minimum of 12 weeks of coaching. 

​

Sessions are centered around five key pillars of high performance: Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity, and Influence.

​

After each session, you will receive a session summary  with  an action plan and worksheets.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

Over the next 12 weeks we will engage in 12 topics that will help you reach heightened and sustained levels of performance and potential in your life.

The goal of each session, by week, is to...

1. 

Establish a baseline. What are you currently focused on? Do you feel in control of your life?  What are your habits?  

2.

Help you gain immediate, behavioral-driven clarity and intentionality.

3.

Help you gain immediate improvements in the energy you feel each day.

4.

Help you gain confidence, decisiveness and momentum.

5. 

Assist you in becoming immediately more effective and productive every day.

6. 

Guide you through becoming immediately more influential in your relationships and careers.

7. 

Assist you in developing a free, consciously-directed, positively engaged mind.

8. 

Revisit Session #3 on Energy and provide you tools to gain even more energy.

9.

Assess your productivity levels and provide ways in which you can become even more effective. 

10.

Assist you in targeting areas you can be even more persuasive and provide you with some tools to go to the next level.  

11.

Guide you to living and leading a meaningful life  steered with purpose.

12.

Review your progress and help you in making life long commitments for change.

The strategy session is an introduction to High Performance Coaching. I will explore how clear you feel about your overall life goals, whether or not you have the physical energy and mental stamina to perform your best, how confident and bold you are showing up in the world, what distractions or poor habits cause you to fall off course (and what routines keep you on track), and finally what you can do to better influence, lead and inspire your family, colleagues and those you serve.
